- Neighborhood Historic Preservation and Heritage Program assists with loans for home enhancements.
- Paint Refund Program assists with home maintenance.
- Senior Housing Assistance Program (SHAP) assists with home repairs for seniors and those living with disabilities.
- Residential Tax Abatement is a program of property tax abatement for owner-occupied homes.
